Most people that play golf are stuck on a golf score plateau … meaning after a few years of playing … your scoring range doesn’t change much. For example: some Golfers get stuck between 92 and 102.

Sometimes you’re hitting the ball well and you can taste 89, but collapse somewhere late in your round to end up with a 94. Then your next round, you have to make par on #18 to score 102.

In other words … you’re stuck on a plateau. What do you do?

Most Golfers will start searching for tips that sometimes result in quick, short-lived improvements … yet, many times resulting in further complicating your golf swing with another thing to think about!

During these past 27 years (in 1992 I moved to Florida to become a Golf Professional) … one of the nuggets I learned is that Golfers will do just about anything to improve their game: buying new golf clubs, taking lessons, practicing their swing at the range or simulator, researching which type of ball to play, buying training aids with incredible boasts, trying to understand Tracman data, etc.

Yet, while Golfers are so willing to throw money at trying to fix their swing … why are so many Golfers resistant to working on making their body a little more athletic? A push-up a day for 30 days will be more valuable to your golf swing than a 30 minute golf lesson!

This week’s video isn’t about push-ups … however, it’ll certainly help you to swing through the ball more consistently!
