Since 2015 Farmer Gwen Meyer and cook Alison Heeres have fed Detroit the freshest food possible

With ingredients coming right from Gwen Meyer’s half acre farm just east of Detroit’s Eastern Market

They go directly to local restaurants and to her partner Alison Heeres
This duo prides themselves on providing healthy and inexpensive to the people of Detroit

Their dishes contain Mediterranean and European influence with components such as halloumi, French lentils, and featuring European fish like Branzino

And when the ingredients are from local sources you can taste the care that went into them…
